Every child in today’s world has the biggest fear of one subject, which is Mathematics. Maths has caused sleepless nights and tough days for every child. Mathematics is one of the biggest fields in the region of making a future. Its use will never become less and always keeps on increasing on a regular basis. Mathematics deals with the study of algebra, the number system, and types of numbers that are integers, natural numbers, rational numbers, and irrational <\/strong><\/a>number<\/strong><\/a>. Mathematics also deals with everything, helping in solving day to day problems and is used in one’s everyday life. Without maths life is incomplete.<\/p>

Simply, one needs to buy vegetables from the market and then for the amount one needs basic mathematics. Mathematics is taught to every individual from his early childhood to his postgraduate days.<\/p>\n

Let us talk about number systems and different types of numbers:-<\/h2>\n

1.Integer: All the numbers from 0 to infinity are considered to be integers.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

2.Natural Numbers: All the numbers from 1 to infinity are considered natural numbers.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

3.Rational Number:-The number which can be expressed in a fractional form that is a by b form is considered a rational number.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

For example:-0.12,12\/3<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

4.Irrational Number:-The numbers which cannot be expressed in the fractional form that is a by b are considered to be irrational numbers.<\/p>\n

For example:-22\/7,\u221a5<\/p>\n

Some of the properties of irrational numbers:-<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

Irrational numbers are numbers that cannot be terminated. That has complicated calculations and that has a different separate set.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For example, let’s take the pi value. The value of pi which is taught from early childhood is 3.14 but in an actual way, the value of pi is about 3.141596265.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Any number that cannot be simplified in simple form or be in square root form is considered an irrational number.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

On the other hand, the rational number belongs to a superset that consists of all whole, natural, etc<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Here are some properties of irrational numbers:-<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

1.Adding a rational number along with an irrational number will always give out an irrational number. For example, p is an irrational number and q is a rational number, adding q and p will give an irrational number.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2.Subtracting a rational number along with an irrational number will always give out an irrational number. For example, p is an irrational number and q is a rational number, subtracting q and p will give the irrational number.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3.Dividing two rational numbers may result in a rational or an irrational conclusion.<\/p>\n

For example- square root of 3 is divided by square root of 7 and then the result will be irrational but if the square root of 2 is divided by square root of 2 then the result will be rational<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

4.Multiplying two rational numbers<\/strong><\/a> may result in a rational or an irrational conclusion.<\/p>\n

For example- the square root of 3 is multiplied by the square root of 7 and then the result will be irrational but if the square root of 2 is multiplied by the square root of 2 the result will be rational.<\/p>\n

5.The LCM ( least common multiple) of two rational numbers may or may not be found.<\/p>\n

Some famous and popular irrational numbers are-<\/h2>\n

1)Pi: It is one of the most popular irrational numbers. People have been calculating its value for a long time and still cannot get a certain pattern for the value of pi.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2)Euler Number: It is also another famous irrational number. The value of the Euler number is also calculated by people from a long period who still cannot find a perfect value.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If anyone wants to study numbers he just needs to type cuemath<\/strong> on the google search engine. This will help one to study new things about number systems and algebra, basic mathematics.<\/p>\n

Mathematics is one of those subjects whose use is wide and regular and scope is high and is one of the biggest fields if one wants to research.<\/p>\n

As the world is evolving at a high speed on everyday terms. If one needs to cope up he needs to be extra smart and talented.<\/p>\n
