The most recent report received by the Ministry of Health, revealed one hundred and eleven (111) new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda as of Friday 3rd September 2021 at 6pm.<\/p>

 <\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Thirteen (13) of the cases were from Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre and ninety-eight (98) from CARPHA.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

 <\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

One hundred and twenty-three (123) samples were processed at Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre and two hundred and nine (209) at CARPHA.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Eighteen (18) recovered cases were recorded increasing the total to one thousand three hundred and sixty-seven (1367).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda is one thousand eight hundred and seventy (1870); which is inclusive of four hundred and fifty-seven (457) active \u00a0cases.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

There are thirty (30) hospitalized cases; \u00a0eight (8) mild, eighteen (18) moderate and four (4) severe.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Antigua and Barbuda has fully vaccinated thirty four thousand five hundred and twenty-nine (34,529) individuals while seven thousand one hundred and ninety-three (7,193) have only received their first dose.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The dashboard has been updated to reflect these changes.<\/p>\n
