The most recent report received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment from the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre has revealed four (4) new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda as of Monday 30th August 2021 at 6pm.<\/p>\n

Forty-eight (48) samples were processed at Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>
\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

One (1) recovered case was recorded increasing the total to one thousand three hundred and forty-nine (1349).<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda is one thousand seven hundred and nineteen (1719); which is inclusive of three hundred and twenty-six (326) active cases. There are twenty-three (23) hospitalized cases; sixteen (16) mild, three (3) moderate and four (4) severe.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Antigua and Barbuda has fully vaccinated thirty three thousand eight hundred and forty-two (33,842) individuals while six thousand nine hundred and fifty-three(6,953) have only received their first dose.<\/p>

The dashboard has been updated to reflect these changes.<\/p>\n
