\nsaddening passing.<\/p>

A distinguished leader and an outstanding public figure, Sir Lester played an
\nintegral role in developing the concept and initializing the formation of the ONDCP,
\nwhich now stands as one of the region’s leading law enforcement agencies.<\/p>\n

His visionary approach has well served the Organization, and by extension the
\njurisdiction, in establishing a noteworthy profile within regional and international
\nspheres.<\/p>

Undoubtedly, the people of Antigua and Barbuda have lost a powerful force and an
\nillustrious steward whose commitment to development, modernization and
\nintegration has made him a much loved leader of the region.<\/p>\n
