Caribbean carrier LIAT will return to St Thomas when it begins service from Antigua on\u00a0July 2<\/span><\/span>\u00a0with three weekly flights.<\/p>

LIAT pulled out of the USVI last year when it discontinued service from Antigua to St Croix in March 2017 and to St Thomas in June 2017.<\/p>\n

LIAT says it improved its on-time performance from 49 percent in 2016 to 68 percent in 2017 and is aiming for 80 percent this year.<\/p>
