Prime Minister Gaston Browne is standing behind a government policy that public sector workers must test twice monthly at their own cost if they are not vaccinated.<\/p>

The decision has been unpopular but Browne says he must act in the safety of all government workers.<\/p>\n

He has responded directly to unions and critics of the policy announced last week.<\/p>

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Browne has addressed the issue of a possible political fallout from measures aimed at curbing the spread of COVID-19.<\/p>
