Lolieta Spencer recently completed a Bachelor\u00a0of Science Degree in Business Administration with Distinction Honour at the University Ashworth College in Georgia in the<\/em>\u00a0United States of America at the age of 54.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

This is her message to others:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

21st July, 2019-To begin, I Lolieta Spencer, have been a humble servant at the Ministry of
\nAgriculture in the Cotton Division from 2008 to present.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>
\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

I have been working extremely hard and place much interest into the areas of my
\nduties to uplift the standard of the Government of Antigua and Barbuda.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Over the years, I have trained numerous persons to include Clerks, Job
\nProgramme Trainees and Fifth (5th) form students, especially from the Ottos
\nComprehensive School.<\/p>\n

It is always my greatest pleasure to share knowledge and guide the younger ones
\non the journey to success.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

In addition, I had a vision, and that was to elevate myself in an effort to raise
\nstandard of living, so I pursued studies at Ashworth College in Georgia in the
\nUnited States of America.<\/p>\n

The University years were challenging and difficult, but, despite the odds, I strive
\nextremely hard to be successful.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

I set goals and usually meet deadlines, read Proverbs and give thanks to father
\nGod.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Also, I attend work daily and always on time, work through lunch breaks to get
\nthe work done.<\/p>\n

I must further state that I am so happy and honored to graduate with a Bachelor
\nof Science in Business Administration with Distinction Honor.<\/p>\n

In essence, it is very important:<\/p>\n

a. Spend my time wisely
\nb. Learn to appreciate
\nC. Prioritize at all times
\nd. Don’t let negative saying determine my destiny
\ne. Stay strong and always love faithfully<\/p>\n

Finally, it is an awesome privilege for the confident and trust that Mrs. Bradford
\nplace in me to oversee the running of the Cotton Division office, knowing that
\nduties are carried out in a professional manner at all times.<\/p>\n

It is my greatest\u00a0pleasure to be a part of the Agriculture family, God blessings to all.<\/p>\n
