Keanu Gianni Dennie, who allegedly broke into a home in Falmouth and was found sleeping on a couch over the weekend, has been charged with Breaking with Intent, Malicious damage, and Breaking curfew.<\/p>

Dennie appeared in court Monday morning and plead not guilty to breaking curfew.<\/p>\n

The complainant said she did not want to proceed with the charges of breaking with Intent and malicious damage.<\/p>

Dennie\u2019s bail was set at $1,000 with no cash component.<\/p>
