Responsibilities<\/b>
\n\u2022 Oversee daily business operations.
\n\u2022 Overall management of all employees.
\n\u2022 Develop and implement growth strategies.
\n\u2022 Training of team members.
\n\u2022 Evaluate each team\u2019s performance and productivity across the business.
\n\u2022 Ensure best practices for Human Resources are maintained.
\n\u2022 Interviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluation, promotions, and termination activities.
\n\u2022 Oversee sales activities.
\n\u2022 Achieving growth and hitting targets by successfully managing the teams of each department.
\n\u2022 Designing and implementing strategic sales plans.
\n\u2022 Prepare invoices and financial statements.<\/p>\n

\n
\u2022 Ensure receivables and payables are managed effectively.
\n\u2022 Create and manage budgets.
\n\u2022 Ensure proper accounting processes.
\n\u2022 Research and identify growth opportunities.
\n\u2022 Manage projects end to end.
\n\u2022 Manage and execute promotions, marketing, and advertising campaigns.
\n\u2022 Support the CEO on special projects.Requirements<\/b>
\n\u2022 BSc in Business Management or similar field.
\n\u2022 At least 5 years experience in a similar role.
\n\u2022 Good knowledge of different business functions.
\n\u2022 Strong leadership qualities.
\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills.
\n\u2022 Highly organized.
\n\u2022 Strong work ethics.
\n\u2022 Ability to lead and motivate a dynamic team.
\n\u2022 Proven track record in a similar role.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
