It is notified for the information of the general public that between the years 2019 and 2020 several motor vehicles have been seized by the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda (RPFAB).<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

This was as a result of several defects and violations under the Vehicle and Road
\nTraffic Act, Chapter 460 of the Laws of Antigua and Barbuda.<\/p>\n

The said vehicles impounded at the Government Motor Pool on Pigotts Main Road and Police
\nHeadquarters on American Road are available for immediate repossession upon reproduction of documentation relative to valid insurance and licensing. Those vehicles with defects must be repaired.<\/p>

As provided for by the said act any motor vehicles remaining unclaimed for a period of ninety (90) days shall be sold at public auction. The auction sale of these vehicles will take place at 10 AM on Thursday 15 th July 2021 at Police Headquarters. This sale will continue until all motor vehicles are auctioned.<\/p>
