The Department of Environment (DOE) would like to inform the Antigua and Barbuda public of the following opportunity: The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change Regional Collaboration Centre, St. George\u2019s, Grenada (UNFCCC\/RCC St. George\u2019s) <\/em>invites young climate enthusiasts between the ages of 15-29 in Antigua and Barbuda to apply for a fully-funded ticket to attend the Youth4Climate: Driving Ambition event in Milan, Italy.<\/p>

This year\u2019s Summit will be convened by the Government of Italy and will take place from 28 to 30 September. The aim of the Summit is to provide young delegates an unprecedented opportunity to put forward ideas and concrete proposals on some of the most pressing issues on the climate agenda. The first two days will be dedicated to working groups, while the last day will feature a discussion between young delegates and the Ministers attending pre-COP 26<\/a>. Applications are open until 28 February.<\/strong><\/p>
