The most recent report received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment from the Mount St. John\u2019s Medical Centre (MSJMC) has revealed twenty-three (23) new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda as of Wednesday 17th February 2021.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Of the one hundred and fifteen (115) samples processed by MSJMC, ninety-one (91) were negative and twenty-four (24) positive. One (1) of the positive cases was a repeat test. Investigations have begun and contact tracing and testing are ongoing.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
One (1) recovery has been recorded bringing the total to two hundred and fourteen (214).<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda is five hundred and forty-eight (548); which is inclusive three hundred and twenty-four (324) active cases.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Meanwhile, one hundred and sixty-six (166) samples are pending.<\/div>\n

The dashboard has been updated to reflect these changes.<\/div>\n
