It is mandatory that all small and large accommodations inclusive of Air BnB\u2019s operating in the state of Antigua and Barbuda are registered at the Inland Revenue Department.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

In this regard, the Quality Assurance Unit within the Ministry of Tourism wishes to advise the public of new procedures to be followed for the renewal of all Covid-19 tourism accommodation certificates.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Register with the Inland Revenue Department for ALL relevant taxes (CIT\/UBT and ABST).<\/li>\n
  2. Re-register in person at the Ministry of Tourism\u2019s headquarters on Queen Elizabeth Highway and present the relevant Tax ID information. Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of this process.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    All new registrants must first register with the Inland Revenue Department for ALL relevant taxes (CIT\/UBT and ABST) and then proceed to register with the Ministry of Tourism in person with all relevant property and tax ID information. Inspections will be scheduled subsequently.<\/p>
