The most recent reports received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment from the Mount St. John\u2019s Medical Center (MSJMC) and the Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) have revealed one new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 case in Antigua and Barbuda as of Wednesday 25<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span>\u00a0November 2020 at 6pm.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Subsequent to the publication of the dashboard on Wednesday 25<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span>\u00a0November 2020 with the cut off time of 6pm, one sample was processed at the Mount St. John\u2019s Medical Center\u2019s Laboratory which increased the pending results from twenty-eight to twenty-nine.<\/span><\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

\n

The sample processed by MSJMC yielded a negative result and is reflected in the\u00a0<\/span>total samples taken<\/b><\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>total tested<\/b><\/span>\u00a0columns of the dashboard.<\/span><\/p>

Of the twenty-eight samples processed by CARPHA, twenty-seven were negative and one positive.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Meanwhile, one new recovered case has been recorded bringing that total to one hundred and thirty.<\/span><\/p>

\n

Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda is one hundred and forty-one (141) with seven (7) active cases.<\/span><\/p>\n

The dashboard has been updated to reflect these changes.<\/span><\/p>
