A 15-year-old girl accused her 38-year-old male cousin of sexually assaulting her when she spent time at his home in August of this year.<\/span><\/p>

The man, who was charged with rape and serious indecency, was granted bail before Justice Iain Morley in the High Court this morning.<\/span><\/p>\n

The girl reportedly ended her visit early following the attack.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

She reportedly developed an infection in her mouth sometime later and a report was subsequently made to the police.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The accused was granted bail in the sum of $25,000 with a $5,000 cash component.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As part of his bail conditions, the man has to report to a police station three times weekly, surrender all travel documents to the court and was ordered not to interfere with any witnesses in the case.<\/span><\/p>
