The most recent reports received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment from the Mount St. John\u2019s Medical Center (MSJMC) and the Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) have revealed two new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda as of Friday, October 23 at 6 pm.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Subsequent to the publication of the dashboard on Friday, seven samples were processed at the Mount St. John\u2019s Medical Center\u2019s Laboratory, which increased the pending results from 13 to 20.<\/p>\n

All seven samples processed by MSJMC yielded negative results and are reflected in the total samples taken and total tested columns of the dashboard.<\/p>

Of the 13 samples processed by CARPHA, 11 were negative and two positive.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

Meanwhile, one new recovered case has been recorded bringing that total to 108.<\/p>\n

Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda is 124 with 13 active cases.<\/p>
