before Magistrate Ngaio Emanuel-Edwards since Magistrates do not have the jurisdiction to offer bail in cases of Attempted Murder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">However, the defendants still have the option of applying for bail in the High Court.<\/span><\/p><div id=\"antig-2415749502\" class=\"antig-content_2 antig-entity-placement\"><a
