A four-year-old child is among the country\u2019s latest six COVID-19 patients,\u00a0Chief Medical Officer Dr. Rhonda Sealey-Thomas\u00a0said.<\/p>

Of the six recent cases, five are females while the other is a male.<\/p>\n

They range in age from four years old to 57 years, Sealey-Thomas revealed Sunday evening.<\/p>

\u201cFive of them were identified from contact from a case we had identified from before and the other one is a case that is not linked to that index case from our previous laboratory investigation,\u201d the CMO said.<\/p>

Sealey-Thomas said none of the cases could be classified as imported, noting that, \u201cOur investigation so far has identified that these six cases are persons who live in Antigua and Barbuda with no travel history so far.\u201d<\/p>\n
