The new opposition Democratic National Alliance (DNA) has put an Antigua Barbuda Labour Party candidate on notice that it intends to investigate her charity Share Inc.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

The charity of Maria Browne recently donated $10,000 to the rowers in the Talisker Whiskey Atlantic Challenge.<\/p>\n

Speaking at a recent function, DNA candidate Anthony Stuart says there are questions for Share Inc to answer.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>
\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

“The question we are asking from the Democratic National Alliance\u00a0is from whom and how did share foundation\u00a0get its funding. Where are those monies coming from?”<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

He said Share appears to be a foundation with “deep pockets and I don’t\u00a0believe\u00a0its a foundation is to fund a political campaign.”<\/p>\n

Stuart wants Share Inc to follow the law and give an account of the monies raised and spent to date.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

“At the appropriate time, according to the Friendly Societies\u00a0Act, they must give an accounting of the monies collected and how the monies are spent.”<\/p>\n

An accountant by profession, Stuart has vowed to “dig deep” into the operations of the Share Inc.<\/p>

“Because we going to examine and we want to know who are the donors to share and where are those millions coming from,” he said.<\/p>
