When, however, attempts are made to distribute the unused lands to legitimate farmers, there is objection by those who have left the lands fallow.<\/p>\n

Consequently, beginning early next year, 2021, a new policy will guide the Ministry as it tries to keep non-farmers from tying-up the government\u2019s farm\/agricultural lands.<\/p>
