Hence, in communities where students are deemed likely to be deprived of the precious resource, APUA-Inet will create hotspots that will allow free access to the signal that will permit the students to gain access to homework assignments and to be able to dispatch by the Internet their completed homework to the teacher\/school who assigned the work.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Other carriers have agreed to make schoolwork available for free where signal strength is sufficient to reach the home; in the communities where that signal is impaired, Internet boxes and hotspots will be put in place to allow for universal access of all students, at no cost.<\/p>
