\u201cThere\u2019s a certain wickedness in our culture that encourages people not only to say unkind things about others, but also to embellish them so that it becomes more and more difficult to assert the truth without appearing as though one is defending someone who \u2014 in my case \u2014 someone with whom I have some connections,\u201d Hurst said on\u00a0Observer Radio<\/b>\u00a0on Monday.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want to tell the Antiguan and Barbudan people that it\u2019s all made up. It\u2019s all fake. I don\u2019t know where they got the story from. They themselves can\u2019t authenticate their claim and so they themselves have said that it is a rumour.<\/p>
