The father of seven is originally from Freemans Village. He is a past student of the All Saints Secondary and holds a BA in Accounting.<\/p>

Currently a farmer, Smith hopes to transform the fisheries, agriculture and civil aviation sectors of Antigua and Barbuda.<\/p>
