The Medical Benefits Scheme (MBS) wishes to advise the general public that three (3) critical areas of its operations continue to function in an effort to provide essential services
\nto its beneficiaries and stakeholders.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

These services offered are consistent with the guidelines of the State of Emergency imposed by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n

The Antigua Barbuda Central Medical Procurement Unit (ABCMPU) managed and operated by the MBS continues to provide critical institutional support in the form of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies, to the Mount St. John\u2019s Medical Centre (MSJMC), public clinics and our first responders.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>
\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

The services of the ABCMPU can be accessed weekdays from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
\nMBS continues to provide limited pharmacy service to beneficiaries daily. The MBS pharmacies located at Nevis Street, Clare Hall and Browne\u2019s Avenue will operate a drop-off service only, Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 11:00am. Beneficiaries will be able to pick-up completed prescriptions in 48-hour.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Beneficiaries are also reminded to refill their prescriptions when they have at least 5 days, but not more than seven days of medication left. Social distancing and hand sanitising protocols are enforced at all MBS pharmacies.<\/p>\n

Employers can also make payment by sending their remittance forms and monthly contributions electronically.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

All R3A\u2019s (Remittance Form) can be sent to email address contributions@mbs.gov.ag and should be signed by an authorized person. Employers can make payments to MBS via electronic funds transfer, using the following bank details:<\/p>\n
