Prime Minister Gaston Browne is imploring businesses to support non-working staff, however attorney-at-law Charlesworth Tabor opposes Browne saying that there are risks involved<\/p>

Browne explains that businesses that are able to support their employees to continue doing so during this trying period.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, Tabor says employers cannot be forced to make payments to employees who are not working, even during this time of crisis.<\/p>

While admitting that there is no legal basis for businesses to do this, Browne says it would be the humanitarian thing to support others in need.<\/p>
