The two remaining cases against D Gisele Isaac, the former Executive Secretary of the Board of Education have been dismissed.<\/p>

Today in the High Court Mr Justice Stanley John gave his ruling on an application made by Dane Hamilton QC. late last year.<\/p>\n

\n

In his application Hamilton had masked the Court to grant a stay of proceedings against D Gisele Isaac for abuse of process due to political interference.<\/p>\n

The Judge granted the Order for a permanent stay, which means that the remaining two indictments have been dismissed.<\/p>\n

In October last year, the first of the three indictments was thrown out when the Court ruled that she had no case to answer.<\/p>\n

All three indictments have now been dismissed.<\/p>\n

UPP political leader Harold Lovell said it has been a long road to freedom but justice always prevails.<\/p>\n
