Even though Covid-19 expected to peak in the summer according to the WHO, not even that will stop the carnival as officials here say Vincy Mas will go ahead as planned.<\/p>

St Vincent and the Grenadines will hold its annual carnival celebration from\u00a0 Fri, Jun 26, 2020 \u2013 Tue, Jul 7, 2020.<\/p>\n

Head of CDC Ricardo Adams said that unless they are advised otherwise, Vincy Mas 2020 will go ahead as scheduled.<\/p>

Adams noted that officials have not placed any ban on large gatherings, so CDC will continue to push ahead with the nation premier festival.<\/p>

Among the measures under consideration by the government of St Vincent and the grenadines is social distancing and large gatherings.<\/p>\n

Covid-19 is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person according to the Center for Disease Control.<\/p>
