Police have charged a second man in the Charlesworth Richards Jr murder investigations.<\/p>

On Friday, 38 year-old Dorian Marshall of Donovans was the latest to be charged in the June 21st incident at Ras Freeman, Liberta.<\/p>\n

Shalom Bailey, also of Donovans, was\u00a0 recently charged in connection with his murder.<\/p>
