Seven Barbudan children and their guardians or other relatives were invited to Government House following the sudden death of their mother during the Christmas season.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The families were welcomed at Government House by Their Excellencies Sir Rodney Williams and Lady Williams, the staff of Government House, Halo Generation Y and Betsy and Brian Babcock of Samaritan\u2019s Purse.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The family members were presented with gifts and snacks to help bring them cheer in the Christmas season.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Lady Williams said that she was pleased to be a part of those helping the Barbudans enjoy the Christmas season, in spite of the loss of a family member.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The Governor General told the gathering that he was happy to have the Barbudans visit Government house especially since it was their very first visit.<\/div>\n
