Twelve talented youngsters, all girls aged 9 to 11, will compete in the annual Optimist Petit Show on July 14. The event, held at the UWI Open Campus at 5:30 pm, provides a platform for the contestants to showcase their talents and develop public speaking skills just before the Carnival festivities.
This year’s participants include Katalyna Fagan, O’nyeah Mclean, Kelsey Cochrane, Daeja Pacquette, Amariah Findlay, De Asia Allred, Sarafina Bailey, Jordyn Henriques, Levriah Hodge, Selina Murphy, La’ Shaneah Richards, and Sherlyne Stedman. Attendees can expect an evening of youthful talent and enthusiasm in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
