In its efforts to continue to facilitate the farming community, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Barbuda Affairs is calling on all persons to desist from the practice of fencing across settlement access roads.
This practice not only prevents persons from accessing their farms, water sources and communities, but it is also illegal.
