The Member of Parliament for All Saints West, Anthony Smith Jr, has expressed gratitude to residents following what he described as a successful annual Christmas celebration in the constituency.
In a statement shared after the event, Mr Smith thanked constituents for their strong turnout, saying the occasion was “heart-warming” and reaffirmed his appreciation for the community he represents.
He said he was grateful for the opportunity to serve as their parliamentary representative and extended Christmas wishes to residents and their families.
The annual Christmas gathering is a longstanding tradition in the constituency and typically brings together families, community members and supporters for an evening of celebration and entertainment.
Photographs from the event were later shared online, capturing moments from the festivities and highlighting community participation.
Mr Smith has previously described community engagement as a key part of his work as MP, particularly during the holiday season.

Chuptz, cause me done with you, you had no right to sell us out
a WONDERFUL, FUN, AMAZING, GREAT time was had by all. Kudos to MP SMITH and his TEAM.
You sold out your ownself – Anthony Smith will win at the next polls…
@I Once Respected You – It’s just til the shoes on the other foot. I know plenty of us would have done the same for ourselves. Sometimes, we need to be quiet. You were not in his circumstance, but you chatting. Would you stay where you’re not appreciated or wanted? I know loyalty, but my first loyalty is to myself, as with ALL of us that chatting. My mindset, my sanity, my health and all that comes first.
This photo opp of Gaston Browne embracing Anthony ‘Money Bwoi’ Smith does make me smile when you recall the negative comments and utter destain Smith had for Browne when he was an up and coming UPP member.
This duplicitous behaviour and hypocrisy is what turns people away from politics.
Not me though, I call it out!
Smith said one thing to the public at large in All Saints West, and then went on to change his political allegiance.
How can anyone trust somebody like that?
His move was akin to those sportsmen you witness on a regular basis kissing the badge of their previous team in front of their much adoring fans, and then moving on for a much bigger pay check and then kissing the badge of their new team.
No real loyalty, only to themselves.
Here’s an easy prediction for the next by-election in All Saints West. Anthony Smith cannot win ASW because of this blatant betrayal of his constituents.
