Antigua and Barbuda’s All Saints Road is set for major rehabilitation later this year, according to newly appointed Minister of State in the Ministry of Works, Senator Clement Antonio.
Speaking at a press conference following his swearing-in, Senator Antonio said discussions with contractors are ongoing, and designs have been refined to address longstanding issues.
Work is expected to begin in the final quarter of 2025. The Minister urged patience, noting that durable engineering is key to the road’s long-term resilience.
He reaffirmed the government’s commitment to the project, calling it a top infrastructure priority.

Wow. They’re planning to fix All Saints road during peak school time and tourist season? This has got to be a joke. Please start fixing all the planned detour roads asap of you guys are going to stick to this plan.
This is one of the most traversed roadways and it really does need urgent attention so I eagerly look forward to it’s rehabilitation
Those calling for All Saints Road to be fixed gwine be the same ones to howl dem belly and barl when the accidents and fatalities increase from the crazy VITZ drivers!!

Didn’t y’all say the same thing about factory road and I’ll be honest all saints people we don’t take all saints road only we drive on factory too and cut through Jonas or sea view farm.
Blaming road conditions for speeding is the worst thing you can do when is are other techniques you can use to slow cars down.
But side note I am curious how far will they take all saints road works I expect the worst since they don’t touch that side tarl I wouldn’t be surprised if they stop the boundary for all saints west and east and call it done there
