Alfa Nero Super Yacht Owner Faces New Sanctions Amid Ongoing Legal Battle

5

Yulia Guryeva-Motlokhov, claiming ownership of the Alfa Nero Super Yacht in Falmouth Harbour, faces new sanctions due to her association with her father and brother, who were previously sanctioned by the UK and US in 2022.

Senior Counsel Anthony Astaphan has informed the Attorney General and Prime Minister and plans to challenge the sanctions.

Dr. David Dorsett, representing Guryeva-Motlokhov, noted the court dismissed a government application and requested disclosure of various documents.

Astaphan, confident in his team, highlighted their success in previous applications and readiness for further legal proceedings.

  1. Oh come on now….how much more of tax payers money will be wasted on this round about trying to get what does not belong to me saga ?

Just let the USA deal with the lady and her yacht…pay whatever funds are owed to the marina etc and stop wasting the peoples’ monies on all these legal ramblings. The attorneys are certainly going to back up their trucks to the government treasury and drive away giggling from ear to ear when all this is over. Then again maybe that could be the main agenda in the first place.

The monies spent used in all the legal court battles could be well spent on repairing what supposed to be roads and other vital infrastructure in the nation.

I have been to several African countries and observe governments taking private people to the courts in cases that the government officials know all too well are losing ventures. Yet they persist and go all the rounds with their legal ramblings. These were; no doubt cases where the intent was fill the states’ attorneys with the loot.

The people are the ones who suffer in these dead end situations.

It is dangerous to place your confidence in a corrupt system.

  2. Instead of Gatson Browne stepping as a leader and look out for the people of A&B, and call off this wasteful endeavor,he continue to sink the country deeper and deeper into this rabbit hole of no return.

I’m sure when the feds eventually come after your ill-gotten gains Mr Browne, that you will pull out all the rank and file you have in your pocket, to stop them from getting your stolen goods, so what else do you expect from this Russian who is richer than you, and have more connection than you a 1000 times over?

Stop your wasteful spending on these dead end pie in the sky deals Gatson, and start looking out for your people, instead of fancy yachts that doesn’t belong to you.

The same damn way stubbornly pursuing these dead end deals with Air Peace and the Chinese…they are not in the best interest of Antigua, not one bit.

But I won’t hold my breath with this greedy bastard in office, who is just blinded by bling.

  3. Jus patiently waiting on the right sanction that will allow the government to proceed..Don’t worry folks we will have our boat Muhuhuhahaha..
