Alfa Nero Sale Faces Legal Challenge as injunction Filed in Court of Appeal

   Conjunction vs injunction(s) -They are not the same. Until a injunction is granted the government is free to do what it wishes

2. I thought, the Government of Antigua, Barbuda & REDONDA were already, the Legal Owners, of the Alfa Nero?
   Could ANR do some investigating, as in Investigative Reporting, and publish the “Owners Name,” Company Name etc, who are filing these Courts cases, and appeals.
   I’m sure, that the Courts have not issued, any “gag orders,” regarding posting the names of all involved, in these Court cases.

   It’s just common sense reporting. This is a critical issue for the People.
