Air Peace Limited has assured its customers that justice will prevail over an “expanded” charge by United States authorities alleging that its CEO and founder, Allen Onyema, obstructed justice by allegedly submitting false documents to halt a federal investigation.
This follows a press release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia, announcing on Friday that “Allen Onyema, the Chairman, CEO, and founder of Air Peace, a Nigerian airline, has been charged in a superseding indictment with obstruction of justice for submitting false documents to the government in an effort to end an investigation of him that resulted in earlier charges of bank fraud and money laundering. Ejiroghene Eghagha, the airline’s Chief of Administration and Finance, was also charged for participating in the obstruction scheme, as well as in the earlier bank fraud counts.”

When the USA is out to get someone down, especially a powerful black man, they go all the way. They will even get false evidence to proof their case. They USA is known to have brought down many foreign leaders on their frivolous charges of “Bank Fraud”, or Wire Fraud. All I can tell certain individuals, do not trade in US Dollars ever and avoid doing business with any US Company. Even here in Antigua I’d rather to business with European tourist than with American tourist. There is always that risk of being sued by one of them for any and everything. And to me it seems like their racial justice system is, once you are black, you are guilty until you can proof your innocent.

The US is not perfect by any means, but one thing you cannot say, is that they only prosecute black people..that’s far from the truth. Yes, most black people doesn’t have the resources to fight the justice system, but thats not the prosecutors concern, but they do indeed go after anyone, including politicians, judges, lawyers, and anyone that perverted their laws.
