The scheduled military funeral to honor Constable Robert Dyer, who lost his life in a road accident, has been postponed due to the impact of Tropical Storm Philippe.
The storm brought adverse weather conditions on the originally planned date.
Dyer tragically died in a motorcycle collision on September 4, near Luna Park.
His colleagues in the police force were deeply saddened by his sudden passing.
Despite previously suffering a broken leg in a separate accident, Dyer’s passion for riding remained unshaken.
A new date for the military funeral at Swetes Wesleyan Holiness Church will be announced soon, allowing loved ones to gather and pay their respects.
