Accused Murderer Kareem Simon Remanded Following Fatal Stabbing

Kareem Simon, accused of fatally stabbing 66-year-old Dennis Edwards in Bolans, has been remanded to prison after his murder charge. Simon’s initial appearance occurred in the St. John’s Magistrates’ Court.

The tragic incident unfolded on August 21 along Lower All Saints Road.

The 42-year-old, hailing from Green Bay, engaged in a fatal altercation with Edwards, resulting in the victim’s demise from stab wounds to the upper body.

Simon awaits his next court hearing in His Majesty’s Prison, allowing time for further investigations and preparations.

Edwards marked the fourth murder victim of 2023 in the country.

  3. Sandra Clarke – This is why Antigua is where it is , the lack of love and empathy . In this case the family of the deceased. I spoke to this man the very Day he died and nothing was wrong with his face. His is not as cute Miss.Antigua and Miss Jaycees if that is what you are looking for. He Looked his age, of African descent and his usual quiet demeanor. Not one to get into trouble. Last night the murderer accused was putting on a show on ABS TV. Either he is trying to act brave or not right in his head.
    So that picture does not do justice although I can see a true outline of his face.
