We acknowledge the ongoing challenges many of you have experienced with our ATM services, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
The level of downtime you’ve encountered is not acceptable, and we take full responsibility.
To address this, ACB Caribbean has invested in a new fleet of Smart ATMs, which are already in Antigua & Barbuda and are currently undergoing final testing.
While this process has taken longer than expected due to technical and logistical factors, we are committed to deploying these upgraded machines as quickly and safely as possible.
To ensure continued access to cash and banking services, we are implementing the following temporary measures:
Extended Opening Hours at all branches in Antigua and Barbuda
- Monday to Friday: Now closing at 3:00 PM
Saturday Banking Now Available at our Village Walk branch:
- Starting Saturday, July 12, 2025: Open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon for teller transactions only.
These revised hours will remain in effect until further notice.
We understand your frustration and appreciate your patience as we work diligently to improve your banking experience. Our team is fully committed to restoring the reliability you expect and deserve.

Oh! So you think it’s just about your ATM, you entire operation is below par, you all treat the elderly like trash, regardless of how long the line there is always only one teller available, sometimes you feel as though you are going to faint, you have got to be kinder and gentler and more sympathetic to the elderly
Has anyone seen the notice in the ATM area of ECAB where they will charge you $1.00 in the event you attempt to withdraw money and you don’t have that amount to withdraw in the first place?
Shame and Disgrace
All ATM machine in Antigua are the most inconvenient tellers ever. They are hardly ever working. Trash, and incompetent technicians.
“….invested in a new fleet of smart ATMs…..”, so, the ones they already have are…what? Not so smart??
The lines at Village Walk are already ridiculous for both, teller AND AtM ……watch Saturday now!
