The Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party on Sunday opened its St. Philip’s North Constituency Branch Centre, marking a new base for community engagement in the area.

St. Philip’s North representative Randy Baltimore said the centre is intended to function as a hub for grassroots participation, constituency meetings and local development initiatives.

Party members, supporters and residents attended the opening, which organisers described as a step toward strengthening ties between community members and party leadership.
