The Antigua and Barbuda Football Association (ABFA) has invited all eligible male Under-20 players across the country to participate in national team try-outs as preparations intensify for next year’s Concacaf Under-20 Boys Qualifiers.

In a circular dated 2 December, the ABFA announced that the trials will take place during the second week of December — from 8 to 11 December — between 5:30pm and 7:30pm. The invitation applies to Under-20 boys currently enrolled in schools throughout Antigua and Barbuda.

The association said the trials are aimed at identifying talented and committed young footballers capable of competing at the highest level of youth football in the region. Successful players will have the opportunity to earn a place in the national Under-20 squad.

The team will represent Antigua and Barbuda at the 2026 Concacaf qualifiers, scheduled for 23 February to 4 March in Curaçao.

Further details, including venues and reporting instructions, are expected to be released through school sports departments and ABFA official channels in the coming days.

Players have been encouraged to prepare thoroughly, display professionalism and approach the trials with a positive attitude. The association described national representation as a significant honour and said it is committed to assembling the strongest possible squad.

Those seeking additional information have been advised to contact the ABFA Secretariat.
