The Antigua and Barbuda Basketball Association (ABBA) is inviting the public to support the fraternity as they host a fundraiser event, Ballers Bash on November 29 at the JSC Sports Complex starting at 9pm.
The party will feature some of the country’s top entertainment including the newly crowned Road March King, Soca Villain, Island Prince and DJ Quest.
It will be hosted by Ibis the Livest.
Tickets will go on sale for $50 starting October 15 and can be purchased by any member of the executive.

“We have a few things that we can want to accomplish for our final year, including having our national team compete. It’s not an easy task running the affairs of the association as it is a non-profit organization. So many times, outside of our sponsors, we go into our own pockets to finance things. We are hoping that this event will be a successful one and we are just encouraging the public to support the sport, its players and the association,” President Michael Freeland said.
For anyone wishing to donate to the association, they can do so by reaching out to the President at 464-6978, the General Secretary Carlena Knight-Humphreys at 770-2928 or to any other executive member.
Contact can also be made through the association’s Facebook and Instagram pages: Antigua Barbuda Basketball Association. –END–
