A 55-inch television was stolen from the Clare Hall Seventh-day Adventist Church after a break-in during the Christmas holiday period, police said.
The incident is believed to have occurred between 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 27 and 6 p.m. on Dec. 30, when unknown individuals unlawfully entered the church compound.
Investigators said a northern window was smashed with a hard object to gain access. Once inside, the suspects disabled the alarm system, retrieved a ladder from a storage room and used it to remove the wall-mounted television from the church office area.

The brand and value of the television have not been determined. Police said the suspects exited through a western metal door.
The matter remains under investigation.
