Figures from the authorities show a sharp rise in the number of people getting vaccinated against COVID-19.
The number of first doses administered has risen steeply in recent weeks, coinciding with government’s vaccine mandates announced in September.
Over 10,000 first doses have been administered, adding to the over 43,600 people fully vaccinated so far.
This means the figure for those who have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine is hovering around the 54,000- mark.
