This police release says alleged murder and of course media houses run with it. The murder is not alleged. The police themselves confirmed that it was a homicide. So what is alleged? Nothing because the individual is said to have confessed. So that act of murder is not alleged nor is the killer and alleged killer based on his so-called confession.

Not all homicides are murders. Manslaughter is also classified as homicide. A confession to a killing is not a confession to murder.

Police do not determine cause of death.
There is more in the mortar than Alexta Francis pistle.

What if it was a forced confession…… Or maybe a confession due to Police brutality?? Was his lawyer present during this so called confession???

The young people of today are STUPID, ILL MANNERED AND IRRESPONSIBLE yet these are the ones who are given alot of privileges in our work places of today.

The statement was poorly written. It should read, “The police have arrested and charged Alexta Francis for allegedly killing the Hon. Asot Michael.” It has to say, “alleged”, as he has not yet been convicted.
It’s easier to locate his alleged killer as it was confined to a space which is monitored by cameras.
Let’s trust that they have the right perpetrator so as to have a verdict expeditiously.

What has NASA got to say about this ? One of their employees has been arrested for murder and no mention of it on their Social media or website !! You’re not above the law you know !!! It’s a damn DISGRACE !

As we get older, it’s important to step aside a bit. If you, as a parent or a member of society, focus only on yourself, how can you blame the youth for their actions? What have you done to guide them in the right direction? Like it or not, they are the future. As we age, it’s crucial to understand ourselves and our role in shaping the next generation.

It is ridiculous to make negative statements about the ease in which the police found Asot killer in contrast with other murders, including the two young ladies/ girls. The Michael’s premise is fortified with state of the art security cameras and other security measures/ gates etc. So most likely there are recordings of everyone entering and leaving that property. On the other hand both young ladies were found dead in very desolate areas- Fig tree drive for example is pitch dark and desolate to the extent that I don’t even drive there in the day by myself, much less to night.
What will be interesting is the motive for the murder? Was it force entry. Are there others involved? Sometimes more then one person commit a crime and one who did not participate in the actual murder , like a get away driver because a crown witness.
The entire circumstance, motive would be interesting.

How could the Police charged this man with Alleged Murder? There is no such a thing as an Alleged Murder.You are charged with Murder based on the evidence at hand. Is he being charged WITH ALLEGED MURDER.Because they do not have enough evidence to charged him with the murder of ASOT.They need to come and clear that up for lay people like me. For it does not make any sense.
