15 new cases of COVID-19 in Antigua

(Dashboard Update for April 10, 2021)

 

 

The most recent reports received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment from the Mount St. Johns Medical Centre (MSJMC) and the Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) have revealed fifteen (15) new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda as of Thursday 8th April 2021 at 6pm.

 

 

These new cases were as a result of sixty-four (64) samples processed by MSJMC and one hundred and fifty-six (156) processed by CARPHA.

 

 

Twenty three (23) recovered cases have been recorded bringing the total to nine hundred and thirty-six (936).

 

 

Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda is one thousand one hundred and ninety-seven (1197); which is inclusive of two hundred and thirty-one (231) active cases.

 

 

Meanwhile, the total number of individuals vaccinated remains at twenty seven thousand and thirty-two (27,032).

 

 

The dashboard has been updated to reflect these changes.
