$100,000.00 over what period of time? A budget breakdown would give the taxpayers, who are funding this bill I would think, some transparency and clarity.
Areas like total salaries, payment of Social Security and Medical Benefits, electricity, water, telephone, internet, food, toiletries, transportation, etc. should be shown.

So adequate meals and what ever environment you trying to create is going to stop them from damaging government property, or even worse? Look at the condition of those doors. Stop treating them like innocents and deal with them according to their merits, otherwise….

This is a good initiative. I hope the funds are utilized in the proper manner

A total waste of state resources pf be better invested in providing a sustainable future for our impoverished but promising youngsters!!! The delinquent boys at the Center must never be given the impression that appeasing their appetite for destruction is an acceptable means of getting national attention is UNACCEPTABLE !!!
Let them be responsible for feeding themselves by
operating their own gardens. Teach them, at least the basics of carpentry so that they can repair whatever public property their crazed minds chose to destroy simply because they disagree with the rules. So sad that corporal punishment is frowned upon by so many, but under the circumstances it is most needed and would most likely be the greatest deterrent to criminal conduct at the Boys’ Training School.

Let me guess. Taxpayers’ money, right? You see, this is the nonsense that I cannot understand and stomach. I must pay to keep these little boys who care nothing about life, belly full. Send these boys and get work to do. All that money for Boys Training School. Do you know the number of families who cannot feed their children. Who is making allowances for them. Yet i have to pay to feed these types of people.
